Critical Race Theory 102

Virtual Lecture

The CRT discussion continues in the second week of the month with DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) 102. On January 21st, President Trump signed an executive order effectively ending DEI in the US government. Six years before that, Chris Rufo was sounding the alarm on these policies. In February, Robby Starbuck helped bring about the end of DEI at Target. In DEI 102, we discuss its origins, its meteoric rise, its current unraveling, and how you can help America get back on the road to meritocracy.

Feature Film

UNCLE TOM

In a collection of intimate interviews with some of America’s most provocative black conservative thinkers, Uncle Tom takes a unique look at being black in America. Featuring media personalities, ministers, civil rights activists, veterans, and a self-employed plumber, the film explores their personal journeys of navigating the world as one of America’s most misunderstood political and cultural groups: The American Black Conservative. In this eye-opening film from Director Justin Malone and Executive Producer Larry Elder, Uncle Tom examines self-empowerment, individualism and rejecting the victim narrative. Uncle Tom shows us a different perspective of American History from this often ignored and ridiculed group.

What You Can Do...

  • Federal Level: Engage your Congressional representative, Senators and the current administration to stop federal funding to districts implementing DEI practices and to non profit organizations that are providing DEI/CRT training to staff and teachers.
  • State Legislatures: Write or call your state representatives and senator, urging them to pass legislation to stop
  • School Districts: The most important part!
    1. Engage with your school board members and superintendent.
    2. Research the professional development training used in your school district for teachers and staff and highlight its radical agenda and lack of beneficial measurable results.
    3. Participate in the curriculum review committees at your district.
